Highly recommend Dental House. Staff is very friendly. Office and equipment was very clean and updated. They explain everything they’re going to do before they do it. Dr, Shayota did a thorough examination and came up with a game plan for my next few visits. I couldn’t be any more happier with my experience here. 10 ⭐️’s!

Highly recommend this office and the staff. Dr. Shayota is friendly, knowledgeable and has an excellent manner. Her staff is also quite welcoming and efficient. Office features a clean, fresh environment with modern equipment and techniques that I had not experienced before.
Located in the downtown historic section of Franklin Village within a walk of the Cider Mill. Overall, a pleasant experience...and who says that about a trip to the dentist!

Wonderful establishment! Front desk was extremely helpful, kind & flexible with my schedule. Dr. Shayota is outstanding. She took time to get to know me and explain in detail the treatment plan I am going to start with her! I’m really happy I chose this dental office!

Dental House is amazing. Dr Shayota is a fantastic dentist. She doesn't rush to immediately drilling and filling teeth and takes a more conservative approach that prioritizes keeping your teeth intact. The hygienists are amazing too. It's always nice getting hygienists that get your teeth clean without putting a ton of pressure on them. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone looking for a new dentist.

I trusted Dr Shayota with my children, who continue to see her as adults. I, too, am a patient, and I promise you, it doesn’t get any better than this Dentist and her staff. She is kind and very particular with every detail of your treatment. No judgement, just kindness.

I really enjoyed my appointment at Dental House and Aesthetics with Dr. Shayota! The office is very clean, organized, and updated. Dr. Shayota not only did my cleaning but she went into detail about describing what I needed to do to achieve a great smile!

Incredible experience. First of all the atmosphere of the office makes you feel at home. The receptionist was very welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Shayota was very awesome and patient in understanding my needs. The entire experience was seamless and actually fun. The results of my teeth are phenomenal and I couldn’t be happier. This is forever my GO-TO dentist! Thanks again for everything!

Hands down the best team in the area! Aside from routine cleanings that are a breeze, Jomana and her staff significantly helped me with a badly chipped tooth from an accident. I was able to be seen promptly after the incident (which we all know is not the case with most dental providers), and was given a restored smile as if it never even happened! Really appreciate the excellent work this office provides, through and through, and highly recommend!

This place is amazing! I went in for Zoom teeth whitening and had a great experience with Dr. Shayota and her staff. They were warm and welcoming, and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. They even let me pick a show on Netflix to watch on their TV during the whitening process, which really helped make the time go by quicker. I couldn't be happier with my results. I have noticed that my teeth are significantly whiter after the treatment and others have noticed too. Dr. Shayota and her staff are knowledgeable and caring, and I highly recommend this office to all of my friends and family.

This is my new dentist! Dr. Shayota was very knowledgeable, gentle, and efficient. She works fast, and seems to be a perfectionist. Exactly what I want in a dentist. :) I felt so comfortable while I got my first dental exam with her. The staff here is also very kind and attentive. The office is very cozy and homey, too. It’s an added bonus that Dr. Shayota does Botox as well, and let me tell you. I was very anti for a while, but thought I would ask her, and now I am sold! It looks and feels very natural, and I didn’t freeze up like I had feared. Thank you so much for sharing your gifts. I look forward to coming to the dentist for the first time.

I tried this place out for a cleaning and was happy I did. The office is super clean and inviting. It was a smooth process starting from the front desk to the actual dental cleaning. Dr. Shayota and her staff were very friendly and efficient. If you're nervous about visiting the dentist, give this place a shot since they really spend time with you and make it a comfortable experience.

After years of hopping from dentist to dentist, I have finally found a provider I am happy with! Dr. Shayota is by far the kindest and most caring provider I have ever been to. For years, I thought I had anxiety about going to the dentist due to the fact that I always anticipated pain and an unhappy experience. After having a cleaning and repair done by Dr. Shayota, I realized that other dentists were using either outdated methods or were causing unnecessary pain. She also takes the time to talk you through every step of your appointment so you know when to expect a tiny pinch, pressure, etc. Beyond that, she also does not push extra procedures just to charge you more. She is transparent about what repairs are needed immediately and which can simply be monitored over time. The office itself is gorgeous and is right in the heart of Franklin! Definitely schedule an appointment with Dr. Shayota if you're looking for a new dentist to stick with.

Dr. Shayota is the absolute best in the business. I was nervous for my first visit due to having sensitive teeth and a bad experience at another office in the past. Upon meeting her my nerves were immediately calmed. Not only is she knowledgeable and an expert in her field, but she is so kind and genuine. She was very thorough throughout my cleaning and even took the time to explain to me what the instruments she was using were for. She showed me my X-Rays in detail and addressed any concerns. She made me a detailed patient plan and was sure to answer all of my questions. She was even sure to engage in a conversation with me throughout my visit. Who can say they are excited to get a filling and come back because their dentist is THAT good?! I am so relieved that I finally found a dentist that I can trust, who also goes above and beyond for her patients. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars.. she is truly the best!
